Return Policy, Last Modified 10 January 2023

Information about the return policy of a contract regarding the shipment of one or more goods of an order. The following right is for consumers only. No return policy is currently in place for businesses.

Return Time and Information

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires the material possession of each of the goods ordered. Your withdrawal will be considered to be within the withdrawal period as long as your notice to exercise your right to withdraw was sent before the expiration of withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we are required to return you any payments that we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and within fourteen days of the date on which the notice concerning your withdrawal of the contract was received by us. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless we have made explicit agreement with you to the contrary; you will not be charged for this reimbursement. We have the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You have to send back the goods immediately and latest within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to Kneso GmbH, Wernersdorf 111, 8551 Wernersdorf, Austria.

You have to send back the goods to us within fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

You are responsible for the direct costs for returning the goods.

Loss in value of the goods

You must pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value was due to an unnecessary examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or a loss of value was caused due to a not carefully packaged return.
